Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza: Kasam Tere Pyar Ki actor Ssharad Malhotra quits the show within a month!

Telly actor Ssharad Malhotra is winning hearts as Rishi Singh Bedi is Colors TV’s prime time show Kasam Tere Pyar Ki. The telly show based on reincarnation is popular amongst the masses and everyone wants Rishi and his lover Tanuja to reunite on screen soon. In addition to this soap opera, Ssharad decided to try his hands in comedy as well. He recently joined the cast of Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza. Its been a month since Sharad has been entertaining the guests on the show and now we hear that he has quit the comedy roast series.

The reason for his quit is quite obvious, time constraint.  Being a part of a popular telly show that is aired 5-days a week, means that Ssharad has to give his 100 percent to it. The actor confirmed the news of his quit to leading entertainment portal saying that, “Yes. It’s true. I have been doing two shows simultaneously where initially; I thought it can be managed. However, I realized that I am doing a daily soap which is male centric show and needs a lot of hours. Hence, I had to take this decision.” (ALSO READ: Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki : Will Tanuja let Rishi marry Malaika?)

Ssharad counting upon his journey in Comedy Nights Bachao said that it was challenging and full of fun too. He adds, “It has been a lot of fun. It is something so challenging and I will cherish every bit of it. Doing a daily soap in front of a camera and putting up a stage performance in front of 100 plus people are two completely different things and I am glad to have experienced them both.” The actor failed to strike a balance between two shows which is why he decided to walk out. “While trying to strike a balance, the erratic working hours started taking a toll on my health too. Hence, it was a tough decision but I had to quit,” reveals Ssharad. (ALSO READ:Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza: Ranbir Kapoor & Karan Johar promote Ae Dil Hai Mushkil; get roasted by Bharti Singh!)

Ssharad will miss his teammates and the fun he had with them during the shoots. He says “It has been such a joyride and I am going to miss it a lot. In fact, in near future, if and when time allows, I would love to get back to it. So hope for the best.”
