Mahendra Singh Dhoni ; commonly known as
“Captain Cool” belongs from Bihar . He was born
on 7th July 1981 and is the current captain of
national team India. He is a right handed batsman
and the wicket keeper .
3. Early life of M.S Dhoni
Dhoni was a goal keeper for his football team and
was sent to play a local cricket club by his football
coach. Though he had not played cricket, Dhoni
impressed by his wicket keeping skills and was the
regular wicket keeper at commando cricket
club(1995-1998). Based on his performance, he was
picked for under-16 championship and he performed
well. Dhoni also has served Indian railways as a
Travelling ticket examiner at Kharagpur Railway
station.
