Acting on a complaint received by the office of Joint Commissioner of Sunil Ramanand, the Kondhwa police initiated inquiry against Dwivedi’s security agency. Dwivedi was asked to come with the documents related to his security agency.
Police found Dwivedi had allegedly faked a licence in the name of Dinesh Upadhyay, who owns the Om Security Service Agency. Police said that Dwivedi had prepared a fake document showing his wife Rani as the owner of the agency but it also mentioned Upadhyay’s address.
Police said that Dwivedi operated the fake security agency from his residence.
They found that Dwivedi provided security guards to Natasah Enclave Society on the NIBM Road in Kondhwa between April and July 2016. Assistant police inspector V P Walvi is investigating the case.
