Punjabi actor, comedian Mehar Mittal passes away

Chandigarh, Oct 22 (UNI) Well known Punjabi actor and comedian Mehar Mittal passed away in Brahma Kumaris Ashram in Mount Abu (Rajasthan) this morning. He was 82.
The comedian was unwell for some time. He was earlier admitted to a hospital in Ahmedabad but was later shifted to the Brahma Kumaris Ashram.
Born in Bathinda on October 24, 1935, Mittal was one of the finest comedians of his time. He has worked in more than 100 movies and ruled Punjabi cinema for three decades.
