Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Oct 22 2016 4:15PM MPCC criticises FTPGI's decision to ban Pakistani artists in BollywoodMumbai, Oct 22 (UNI) The Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) today criticised the decision of Film and Television Producers' Guild of India (FTPGI) to not feature any Pakistani artists in Bollywood films henceforth, arguing that it was a prerogative of the central government. MPCC came out against FTPGI following a meeting of its president Mukesh Bhatt's meeting with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis here at his official bungalow 'Varsha' in connection with the release of his film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' featuring Pakistani artists. In the meeting held this morning, where Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray was also present, Mr Bhatt assured that henceforth industry would not feature any Pakistani artist.
