One dead, four missing as boat capsizes in China

One person was killed and four others were missing after their boat sank off the coast in east China’s Zhejiang province on Saturday. The boat carrying 10 fishermen suddenly capsized as it was anchoring in the sea near Wenling, Taizhou City, the local maritime bureau said.

As of today’s morning, six of them have been rescued, and one died, state-run Xinhua news agency reported. Three of those rescued were sent to a hospital for treatment.

The search for the remaining four fishermen is underway, the report said.
