All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary and National Spokesman of the party Shakeel Ahmad, while addressing a function organised to mark the 129th birth anniversary of first Chief Minister of Bihar Krishna Singh, said BJP was presenting distorted facts before the people to create tension between the majority and the minority community.
