KHAIRPUR: A ceremony for the distribution of 30 chingchi Rickshaws was held at circuit house Khairpur on Wednesday. Former chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah was the chief guest. Addressing the ceremony, he said 30 chingchi Rickshaws were provided to the sanitary staff to clean the city.
