Parveen Bansal welcomed Environment Baba walking journey

LUDHIANA: About environmental awareness and care, A walking journey was started on 15th August from Vaishno Devi by Mahamandaleshwar Avdhoot Baba Arun giri ( Environment Baba) who reached in North Constituency Segment on Thursday and was welcomed by Constituency Incharge and Senior BJP leader Parveen Bansal.
On this occasion Arungiri said that this walking journey started on August 15th from Vaishno Devi to Kanya Kumari and will cover a distance of 4500 Kms.
Within a year and Its main aim is to grow 5 million plants under Avadhoot green movement & Its slogan is “Saanse Ho Rahi Hai Kam, Aao Podhe Lagaye Hum”.
On this occasion Arungiri also planted a tree near the office of Parveen Bansal at Piru Banda.
Addressing the gathering on the occassion, former Ludhiana BJP President Parveen Bansal prasied the movement and said that the green cover was getting destroyed and was shrinking and a sword of global warning was hanging all over the world and this type of movement can save mankind from the danger.
However, Bansal also promised to grow 1008 plants in the city.
Yadwinder Singh Bhutter Convener Punjab Yatra, National Director Abdul Khyam, Asar Tasreen, Anwar Hussain, Mohammad Wasim, Deep Ahuja, Sonu Khullar, Anita Kumari, Ritu Chaudhary, Prithvi Pal Randhawa, Dhivi Kumar were also present.
