PM Modi to unveil tower that will house entrants to GIFT IFSC

The building named “Signature” is expected to be ready by end of 2016.

During the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investor’s Summit in January 2017, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to unveil a multi-storey tower that will house the initial entrants to the country’s first IFSC at GIFT City in Gandhinagar.

A 16-storey structure with four lakh square feet of built up area, this building developed by Mumbai-based Hiranandani Group is expected to house the newly incorporated Bombay Stock Exchange IFSC Ltd and Bombay International Clearing Corporation IFSC Ltd, along with IFSC share brokers and global financial intermediaries on the first floor. The building named “Signature” is expected to be ready by end of 2016.

On Wednesday, Niranjan Hiranandani, MD of Hiranandani Group of Companies met CM Vijay Rupani at Gandhinagar and appraised him about the status of construction of this structure at GIFT City — a pet project of PM Modi. Built upon an investment of Rs 180 crore, this commercial tower under the brand Hiranandani Communities, is located in GIFT SEZ area.
