INDORE: A cleaning supervisor and sweeper of the MY Hospital had to face the wrath of divisional commissioner Sanjay Dubey on Tuesday when they were asked to experience the trauma patients faced due to unclean toilets.
Dubey fumed when he saw dirty toilets during a surprise inspection in ward number 17 of the third floor of the hospital. The hospital superintendent Dr V S Pal said the commissioner instructed the officials to ensure cleanliness and was angry at the staff for not keeping the toilets clean.
"He (Dubey) asked the supervisor and sweeper to stay back and experience the trauma patients face due to dirty toilets," Dr Pal said.
Dubey also instructed the authorities to ensure speedy completion of the construction work, including the renovation of the auditorium.
