QATAR Airways (QA) services have become more accessible to travellers around the globe with the launch of a new mobile website offering content in 12 languages.
With an innovative range of mobile services, it has become easier for QA passengers to make big plans on small screens.
In its new form, the QA mobile website allows travellers across the world to take more control of their journeys on the go, leaving no detail to chance.
Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer Dr Hugh Dunleavy said,"Our travellers want the convenience to book and adjust their travel arrangements when they want to, in the language they prefer. As we continue to expand our network and destinations around the world, we are proud to offer travellers access to our world-class services in 12 of the most commonly spoken languages in the countries we fly to, through our mobile website. This, of course, is in line with our commitment to provide our travellers with a superior experience from the moment they book their journey right through to its end."
QAs' new mobile website, accessible at 'www.qatarairways.com' through handheld Apple and Android devices including smartphones and tablets, is available in Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian and Turkish.
Through the mobile website, passengers can make new bookings amend the dates and destinations of their existing bookings, check in online, purchase excess baggage, select seat and meal preferences, modify special service requests, redeem Qmiles and perform a variety of other functions.
Travellers will also be able to check flight status, become a member of QAs' Privilege Club and subscribe to newsletters.
Travellers will enjoy going places on QAs' expanding network of more than 150 destinations, flying via Hamad International Airport in Doha.
Passengers can now discover new destinations added to the airline's network in 2016, including Adelaide (Australia), Atlanta (the USA), Birmingham (the UK), Boston (the USA), Helsinki (Finland), Los Angeles (the USA), Marrakech (Morocco), Pisa (Italy), Ras Al Khaimah (the UAE), Sydney (Australia), Windhoek (Namibia) and Yerevan (Armenia). Krabi (Thailand) and the Seychelles will join the airline's route map in December.
