Baotou Symphony Orchestra gives a concert under the theme of Decoding Beethoven, in Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Oct 12. The concert was conducted by Hu Yongyan, the musical director of Baotou Symphony Orchestra, marking the opening of the 2016-2017 Splendid Bugthot Symphony Festival. The festival will include 14 concerts in total. Bugthot is the name for Baotou city in Mongolian, meaning “a place of deer”, and Lucheng in Mandarin carries the same meaning. [Photo/Baotou Daily]
