She may have exited The Bachelor Australia early, but Megan Marx, 27, did apparently find love on the show after all.

A stunned Richie Strahan may have been left holding a rose for the Western Australian beauty on the show (he of course went on to reveal that Alex Nation had his heart), but Marx has now made it clear that her heart has been elsewhere.

Tiffany Scanlon, 29, who also appeared as a contender on the show but was eliminated in the second week shortly before Marx opted to leave, reportedly moved to Western Australia in August to be closer with her "soul sister and BFF".

The pair appear inseparable, posting Instagram pictures together on Monday, and have openly declared love for each other since leaving the show, with Marx writing about her "baby" Scanlon: "There are many things I love, but here is one.

"She's able to cop the unwelcome, contaminated streams from the world, without becoming impure; because she is like the sea. Her heart is full of deep ocean minerals that splinter and disintegrate all the bad tastes, the hurtful mass ideas, and the ways of living that kill simple joys."

Her journey has gone from FIFO worker to Arab Emirates air hostess living in Dubai to ambulance worker and now a WA "beach bum"/casual model.

Tiffany has also reportedly said: "I did find love on The Bachelor... I love [Megan] so much."

Although the pair have not declared themselves to be in a lesbian relationship, they have proven to be more serious than just friends, with Marx telling New Weekly that she's open to a relationship with a woman. "I'm usually attracted to men but I don't rule anything out... I would say Tiff's in the same boat... Tiff is a beautiful woman and we're very close."

Neither woman has sought labels, opting for a more fluid definition, but Marx has hit out against social media commenters who question their motivations on The Bachelor if they identify as being gay.

"I went on the show to potentially meet someone amazing, and found something even more amazing," Megan said in reference to Scanlon.

"I live in a small town with a very simple life. All this hate is cruel."

Although both act as models for a friend's lingerie label, with plenty of raunchy pictures of them in next to nothing, it seems that relationship is not all for the cameras with plenty of typical girlfriend style cuddles and selfies.

The pair were in WA port city of Fremantle on Sunday, where they bumped into Bachelor finalist Nikki Gogan. They have even met a further members of the Bachelor family, like evicted WA Bachelorette contender Ryan Palk, dubbed 'Heath Ledger' on the show.
