BHIWANI, OCTOBER 17

Akhil Bharatiya Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samiti state unit chief Hawa Singh Sangwan today demanded the release of youths arrested during the Jat agitation . Sangwan said that if these youths were not released, they might turn as rebels in their lives and may become a serious threat to the country. Quoting the example of the 1964 Mizoram struggle, Sangwan claimed that the Constitution had a provision to give amnesty to youths languishing in jails. — TNS
