5 Splitsvilla Men Who Ruled Indian Television After The Show

Indian television got a makeover when Splitsvilla entered the scene. A show about young girls and boys finding love (or some version of it) while dumping unsuitable candidates, the show got all the right attention ... perhaps for the wrong reasons. Since the inception of the first season, Splitsvilla has given Indian television people who have become super popular, post their stints on the series. Basically, their 15 minutes of fame, thanks to the show, has stretched out! Here are some of those contestants from Splitsvilla who are doing extremely well on the Hindi serial circuit.

Mohit Malhotra: He ruled Splitsvilla Season 2, right until the last episode, where he lost the last challenge to winner Siddharth Bhardwaj. After the show was done, Mohit's popularity got him several offers. Soon Mohit was on shows like Sasural Genda Phool, Bade Ache Lagte Hai and Yeh Hai Aashiqui. If you are talented, you can go places!

Prince Narula: Prince participated in Roadies X2 and won the competition and later participated in Splitsvilla, which he won as well. Then he starred in Bigg Boss 9 and no prizes for guessing, Prince took home the winner's trophy. Starring in all these reality shows, Prince became a bonafide television star. He is currently playing the lead character in the serial Badho Bahu.

Rishabh Sinha: The "angry young man" Rishabh Sinha was a popular contestant on Splitsvilla Season 5. Soon, he took on television, taking part in the serial Qubool Hai and bagged a spot on Bigg Boss Season 9 as well.

Vishal Karwal: This dimpled boy was the winner of the first ever season of Splitsvilla. After making headlines as the champ, Vishal was flooded with several television serials. Vishal is now a well-known T.V celebrity and was seen in serials like Rangrasiya, Dwarkadheesh - Bhagwaan Shree Krishn and Jamai Raja.

Ashwini Koul: This hottie was a part of Splitsvilla season 7. Although he quit the show in the middle, Ashwini's good looks and style made heaps of people follow him on social media (he's currently at 1,11,000 followers on Instagram). Ashwini was also a part of MTV's serial, Warrior High in 2015.
