Man beats wife to death in Dhar village

INDORE: A man beat his wife to death after she failed to give him adequate food for dinner in Dhar district on late Sunday night.
The incident took place in Jhijharad village when one Dharmendra Bheel beat up his wife Alka after vegetables served to him for dinner fell short, police said.
Dharmendra beat up Alka in front of his children and later threw her on the floor causing critical head injuries, they said, adding, she was taken to a hospital where she died during treatment in early hours of Monday.
Police have registered a case against Dharmendra, who was yet to be arrested.
