While 'Shivaay' centres on the adventures of a Lord Shiva devotee, 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' is said to be an intense story about unrequited love.  

Censor Board clears 'Shivaay' with U/A certificate, Ajay Devgn thanks Pahlaj Nihalani

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn's upcoming film 'Shivaay' has been passed by Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC)  with an U/A certificate. The 47-year-old star recently took to Twitter to share this new with fans.

The 'Himmatwala' hunk also thanked CBFC Chairman Pahlaj Nihalani for the same. "Shivaay has been certified U/A. CBFC was highly cordial & co-operative. Many thanks to @NihalaniPahlaj ji," Ajay tweeted.

Nihalani also extended his best wishes to Ajay. He posted online, “@ajaydevgn films certified by @cbfc_india receive deserving certificate. Glad U acknowledged courtesy extended by team #CBFC. Best wishes!”

The movie marks the acting debut of Sayyeshaa Saigal, who is the grand-niece of veteran actor Dilip Kumar.

'Shivaay' is scheduled to release on October 28. It will be clashing with filmmaker Karan Johar's 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' at the Box Office.
