Chief Agriculture Officer, Kishtwar, Sunil Kapahi was arrested by the police on Friday on charges of outraging the modesty of a Class IV woman employee in her officer.
Kishtwar SSP Sundeep Wazir said: “A Class IV woman employee has filed a complaint in the court in Kishtwar against him for outraging her modesty. On the directions, we have arrested the officer and investigation has been started in this regard.”—OC
