Nawazuddin Siddiqui's candour is as refreshing as his varied onscreen turns!

The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor who shot his first song-and-dance sequence alongside Tiger Shroff for Sabbir Khan's upcoming musical, Munna Michael, admits candidly that in a dance competition, he'd definitely come last. 'Tiger ko naachte dekh mujhe bukhar aa gaya. He can move every part of his body, he's an amazing dancer!' raves Nawaz.
The 42-year-old-actor grew out his hair for the film but his director didn't care for his straggly locks and made him chop them, giving him front curls instead.
Add boots, bling earrings, sunglasses and a leather jacket and voila! Meet Nawaz 2.0... 'I'm tired of the intensity. Bus ho gaya maar-dhaad aur khoon. There's a lot of romance, apart from the dancing, in this film. I want to play a romantic hero,' he asserts.
Produced by Viki Rajani, the film traces the journey of Munna, a street kid who dreams of becoming the King of Pop ' Michael Jackson. Debutante actress Nidhhi Agerwal is the leading lady and Nawaz plays a quirky character with many shades. Dance rehearsals begin next week. Nawaz will shoot for 65 days over two schedules.
While Tiger reunites with his Heropanti and Baaghi director, this is Nawaz's first gig with the actor-director duo. 'Sabbir makes commercial films but he's focussed on detailing, doesn't overdo things on the set and wants the film to look realistic. I like it when directors don't play to the galleries,' Nawaz applauds.
