KATHUA, Oct 14: Showing his dissatisfaction over the postponement of Circle level DPC meeting of Kathua scheduled for tomorrow, the president Provincial Electrical Employees Union,(PEEU), P C Sharma said that it has generated a lot of resentment among the employees.
In a statement issued here, today the Union president said that the meeting was postponed due to pre-occupation of one of the members from the office of Commissioner Secretary PDD.
Sharma took up the issue with Deputy Secretary PDD telephonically who showed his inability to convene the meeting due to the pre-occupation of one of the members of the Committee.
The Joint Secretary assured him to convene the meeting in the first week of November after the Darbar move, Sharma said in a statement to press later. He said that Union will not rest and strongly pursue its demand regarding holding of DPC by first week of next month.
