Last seen in ‘Budhia Singh – Born to Run’, Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee is all set to appear in Tabrez Noorani’s directorial debut ‘Love Sonia’, where the star will be seen playing an antagonist. Earlier, we have seen Manoj playing grey characters in movies like ‘Aks’, ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and ‘Tevar’.

“I have done many negative roles in the past but I feel my character in ‘Love Sonia’ is one of the deadliest characters I have played so far. ‘Love Sonia’ has some of the most talented actors and it was an amazing experience to work with the entire team,” said the 47-year-old, who believes that it is pointless to talk about banning Pakistani artistes. He feels that the discourse should be focussed on the soldiers who lost their lives in the deceitful attack in Uri.

The actor, best known for his dialogue ‘Karaara jawaab milega’, recently won the
‘Best Actor’ award for his performance in ‘Aligarh’ at a film festival.

Featuring Anupam Kher, Freida Pinto, Richa Chadda, Rajkumar Rao, Demi Moore and Mark Duplass, ‘Love Sonia’ is based on the life of a village girl who gets trapped in a global sex racket. It is expected to release next year.
