Young girl wears Kate Middleton mask as the Duchess arrives in Manchester

Duchess Kate Middleton arrived in Manchester Friday looking gorgeous in a stunning Erdem Resort coat.

However, she was more preoccupied (and delighted) by what one young school girl was wearing -- a mask of her face!

As you can see, masks of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles also made an appearance -- and we think we spy with our little eyes one of the Queen's corgis in mask form. A young boy was even adorably spotted wearing a king crown.

The Duchess and Prince William went on to have a busy day in Manchester, taking a tour of the National Football Museum, visiting Manchester Town Hall for a ceremony, helping seal a time capsule and stopping by a hospice that was opened by Princess Diana in 1991.

Middleton changed up her look ever so slightly as the day progressed, letting her hair down. She's been wearing it up a lot lately (with the help of her trusty hairnet), so maybe she missed her signature 'do.
