Initiated by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, this unique show gave an opportunity to all to see the best pratimas at one place, amidst the feel of a carnival. From the graceful, minimalist moves of Manipuri dance to the energetic, exaggerated leaps of Chhau; from the rhythmic beats of dhak to the soul-stirring sound of dhamsa and madal; from frames that capture city’s built heritage of a bygone era to the timeless still from iconic Ray classic 'Pather Panchali', the inaugural edition of the immersion festival on Red Road was a riot for the senses. Please log in to get detailed story.Tags: #Bengal govt organises Durga Puja bisarjan carnival on Red Road
