Indore police into a tizzy.
The incident took place on Thursday morning around 8:00 am when
Lakhan - driver of a loading vehicle found the cardboard box in the vehicle.
Lakhan immediately informed his boss and owner of the vehicle
Amritlal Maroo who then alerted the control room about the same.
Police reached the spot and moved the said object to a safe location at a vacant plot in Nagin Nagar. After examining the object, police and the
Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) checked the suspicious object. However, the BDDS found it was a fake bomb which was prepared to create a scare. As the news about the suspicious box spread like wild fire, a large number of people gathered at the spot.
