KOCHI: The strike, observed by drivers of a transporter at Indane bottling plant in Udayamperoor since September 30, is adversely affecting the operation of 26 trucks and the supply of LPG cylinders by the operator, said All Kerala LPG Transporters' Association, adding that transporter was facing a loss of Rs 1.5 lakhs per day Truck drivers at Indane LPG Bottling Plant at Udayamperoor have been protesting against the fuel supply system for trucks.
“The strike was called by the drivers without proper notice. The strike is adversely affecting the distribution of LPG cylinders in Kochi, Kottayam, Thrissur, Idukki and Alappuzha districts,“ said Binoy Alex V , general secretary of the association.
