Humour: After watching Befikre’s trailer, Pahlaj Nihalani cancels family holiday to resume work

Mumbai. Censor Board chief Pahlaj Nihalani, who was taking a break from upholding sankaars, has canceled his planned family holiday to Shirdi.
Pahlaj who travels only by Air India because of the sanskari dress code of their air hostesses reportedly returned from Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport after he accidentally watched trailer of upcoming Ranveer Singh starrer Befikre.
“He was waiting at Airport for security check, passing his time by watching devotional pics and video on his mobile secretively in washroom when he landed on Befikre’s trailer,” eye witnesses claim, “Aghast at what he had just witnessed, he road-dashed back to his office without even informing his wife and children, who kept waiting for him at the Airport lounge.”
“WTH is this? Hoton pe fevicol laga hua hai kya?” he screamed as he made his way out of the airport. “Kissing scene ko, sex scene ko, Bikini scene ko, sabko kaatega re tera Pahlaj,” he said to himself.
He even called up Yash Raj Films to ask if the film was a biopic of AAP leader Sandeep Kumar. When they said it wasn’t a biopic, he accused them and entire Bollywood of conspiring against him by releasing such films to pull him out of his much deserved break.
Pahlaj, who recently signed an online petition against imparting mouth to mouth resuscitation, then asked makers of Befikre to either cover up the kissing scenes with flowers or face his wrath. Sources claim if Pahlaj and his team get their act together, then the edited version of the film could turn out to be even shorter than the film’s trailer.
Meanwhile with Pahlaj’s term not ending anytime soon, veteran smooch artist Emraan Hashmi has bid goodbye to kissing and has set up a pani puri stall outside his residence in Pali Hill, Bandra.
