Job Description:
Looking for Technology Leaders with 16 + yrs of Experience with last 5 yrs in Senior Management role to lead the team on
technology delivery for Digital Channel across applications and projects
Should be currently handling a team of 150-200 resources across geographies and experience ranging from Tech Leaders, Project Managers, Architects and Business Analyst
Engage with Stakeholders and senior Business Partners to plan, assign and Manage the delivery of support, development and Maintenance activities
Provide vision and strategy for the team to grow and endorse new technologies in Digital space
Will ensure effective transition of projects from US to India collaborating with US and Transition Team
Will play a major role in Budget and use optimal resourcing mix to attain financial goals
Play a key role in Off shore Strategic management,
Will take the complete responsibility for delivering high quality technical projects/Products, Frameworks,Platform engineering support using Agile/waterfall/TDD methodologies
Drive improvements in Policies and Procedures to create an environment for continuous improvements
Should have good understanding of Global trends and Practices in Digital technology Teams (Web,Mobile,API)
Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Customer Engagement, People Leadership and Quality.
Should have managed a digital technology team independently, looking after technology solutions, budgets, revenues, expenses, staffing, people development, etc.
