The dates for closure of Char Dhams were announced here yesterday. The portals of Badrinath shrine will close on November 16 at 3.45 pm. Similarly, portals of revered Kedarnath shrine will close for winters on November 1.

The portals of Gangotri shrine will close on October 31 while the Yamunotri shrine will be closed for winters on November 1. Further, the Tungnath and Madmaheshwar shrines will close on November 7 and 22, respectively. — TNS
