Speakers named For H&TT Compliance Workshop

New York – Speakers from SGS, Oeko-Tex and Applied DNA Sciences will be featured on the program of H&TT’s first-ever Compliance Workshop for the home textiles industry next month.

The half-day conference, sponsored by Home & Textiles Today, is set for Tuesday, Nov. 15 in New York City. The Workshop is geared toward suppliers and retailers interested in learning more about monitoring, testing, complying and verifying the products in their supply chain process.

The program will consist of fast-paced, hands-on sessions with targeted presentations on a variety of subjects, providing an overview on compliance.

SGS is one of the world’s leading compliance monitoring companies, Oeko-Tex provides services in the areas of sustainability and environmental awareness while Applied DNA Sciences is in the forefront of DNA testing of fibers and fabrics.

Also on the program is noted regenerative business expert Lorraine Smith, who will speak on the way companies have turned the compliance process into a competitive business advantage.
