Srinagar, Oct 12 (UNI) About 57-hour operation ended today with the elimination of two militants, trapped in the government EDI building at Pampore on Srinagar-Jammu national highway since Monday morning, the Indian Army said. Search in the Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) building at Pampore, about 10 km from here, was going on to make sure that there is no unexploded material. Defence Ministry spokesperson Col Rajesh Kalia told UNI that the firefight has ended, but search operation was underway.
