Ritu Beri and Kalyani Saha remember Parmeshwar Godrej

Parmeshwar Godrej's passing away was met with shock not just in Mumbai, but in Delhi's social circuit as well. Several Bollywood celebrities tweeted their RIPs while also remembering the society doyen's vivacity, glamour and perfectionism. Here, designer Ritu Beri and fashion entrepreneur Kalyani Saha tell us why they will miss her greatly.

“I got to know Parmesh when I did a show in Mumbai in 2001.I fell in love with her vivacity, generosity of heart and zest for life. I enjoyed dressing her up, as she was experimental and fun. She was the ultimate hostess and an absolutely incomparable social icon. Glamorous, stylish and with genuine class, she inherently knew how to create a party in the true sense of the word. I absolutely adored her. She will be greatly missed.”
