Horner attended the Attitude Awards alongside her husband, Formula One's Christian Horner, just hours after announcing that she is expecting her second child.
The former Spice Girl announced her pregnancy on Instagram on Monday.
Horner, formerly Halliwell, took home the Honorary Gay Award at the event, where she debuted her blooming baby bump.
The singer wore a plunging, figure-hugging navy gown and looked radiant as she cradled her bump and posed for the cameras.
"God bless Mother Nature #mamaspice," she wrote on Instagram to reveal the news, alongside a sketch of the caption.
A spokesman for Horner and her husband said: "The couple is overjoyed with the good news and cannot wait to welcome the newest addition to their family."
The pair began dating in 2014 and wed in Bedfordshire, England in May last year.
Horner has a 10-year-old daughter, Bluebell, who was one of her bridesmaids when she tied the knot.
