Abhishek Bachchan, yesterday, threw a fit when photographers hounded his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and their daughter Aaradhya for a picture outside the Ramkrishna Mission Math's Durga Puja, and were not willing to take no for an answer. The actor-producer was livid since the behavior of the shutterbugs only scared the four-year-old girl. Word about his 'irate' behavior made the rounds and reached the Bachchan couple's friend, Preity Zinta, who took to Twitter to support the couple's stand on the issue.

She wrote on her page, 'Stepping out in Mumbai is not fun anymore; photographers just pounce on U ! No one politely asks 4 a photo anymore. They actually scare u.' Following that comment, she flagged off a chat about privacy and the lack of it in the lives of celebrities. The dimpled actress wrote, 'Ok maybe it's silly to ask4 privacy - but what about etiquette & being polite ? Sure there is a polite way 2ask 4a photo instead of DHAVAA.'
Reacting to a comment, Preity recalled being shot earlier by the paparazzi photographers. 'Agreed! Earlier the photographers were so polite and amazing ! I always had conversations with them & cracked jokes ! Now we need Riot gear.'
Preity compared the incident yesterday with what happened a few months ago with Aishwarya's mother at the international airport. While trying to click the former Miss World and her daughter, the shutterbugs pushed her mother around, she lost balance and fell on the ground, and suffered minor injuries. 'Last time Aishwarya's mom was pushed at the airport by photographers & she fell. Is dat justified cuz Ash is famous? Is work beyond Manners?' wrote Preity.
Towards the end of the chat, Preity summed up, 'Nobody asks to be left alone at a Public event - that's silly ! But have a heart ! Give us some space to breathe!'
