He is a corrupt cop by day, and a vigilante helping the poor and the needy by night. Big B played both these roles with aplomb, and owns the room that he walks into with this one dialogue.

The angry young man found a new face in AB Sr with this film. He not only gave life to his character, but also breathed life into these lines.

Jao pehle us aadmi ka sign le ke aao jisne mera baap ko chor kaha tha; pehle us aadmi ka sign le ke aao jisne meri maa ko gali deke naukri se nikal diya tha; pehle us aadmi ka sign le ke aao jisne mere haath pe ye likh diya tha..ye.. An alcoholic with a heart of gold, and the wittiest lines. That's how you can best describes Big B and this dialogue only convinces you of that.
