I hope Harsh is using protection: Sonam Kapoor talks about brother's sex life

Mumbai: Neha Dhupia’s podcast show ‘#NoFilterNeha’ has already created a lot of buzz when Karan Johar’s episode was aired. The director-producer opened up about everything – from his sex life to Rakhi Sawant being ‘a caricature of her caricature’. The next guest on the show is not new to unfiltered conversations. The ‘Neerja’ star Sonam Kapoor, who has landed in controversies in the past owing to her bluntness, opened up about how she hates her brother’s taste in women.

“He has terrible taste in women. I never say this to him directly. He has decided he does not want to date girls who are like Rhea and me,” she was heard as saying.

But Sonam and sister Rhea Kapoor, the protective big sisters that they are, seem to have an opinion on the girls Harsh dates. The ‘Ranjhanaa’ actress along with Rhea had sent messages to Harsh expressing their concern about him using protection. The host herself read some of the texts out:

“She’s sweet, but tacky; Not bad, but you can do better; We hope you’re using protection; Why do you have such bad taste in women?”

Harsh, who recently debuted in Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra’ s ‘Mirzya’, apparently plays pranks on Sonam by sending texts to directors asking them to cast her on their upcoming projects. She said, “Harsh messages directors from my phone saying that I want to work with them.” In a recent chat show, Harsh had bluntly said that he would have never done films like ‘Thank You’ and ‘Players’ had he been in her place. Sonam, who now wants to be diplomatic, was quick to make up for the damage her brother might have inflicted. An angry Sonam said, “Harsh, you can’t say that publicly. Let’s not talk about it. I am trying to be more diplomatic. I love you Abbas Mastan sir. I didn’t like it (the movies) but it’s okay, they did what they had to do.”

While Harsh’s first film ‘Mirzya’ sank at the box office due to lack of a strong plot, Sonam is on a roll with the success of ‘Neerja’ which earned her critical accolades. Harsh will be seen in Vikramaditya Motwane’s ‘Bhavesh Joshi’ and Sonam will soon start shooting for ‘Veere Di wedding’ alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan and Swara Bhaskar.
