An offence under sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code has been registered against alleged accused, Manickrao Sadavarte, who made an attempt to save his son who was arrested by the Bhiwandi town Police in connection with the case of rape way back in June 2015, police said today.
