Producer of hit Gujarati play Chanakya, Mayur Barot to venture into Bollywood

After successfully producing hit Gujarati play Chanakya, starring Manoj Joshi, Mayur Barot is now all set to venture into Bollywood with Baroda boys Dharmesh Yelande and Punit Pathak in leading roles.
Not only has Mayur’s plays made a mark with theater lovers, his first Hindi film will also show the dancing stars Dharmesh and Punit in non-dancers roles for the first time.
Apart from creating entertaining plays and now films, Mayur Barot also has a positive bent towards charity as he recently staged his play for a charity event, the funds collected were dedicated to the victims of Uri attacks.
