Doctor roughed up for 'shooting' at strays in Ujjain
A mob beat up a doctor in Ujjain on Friday after accusing him of shooting a pig and two stray dogs.The doctor, Alok A Soni, denied killing any of the animals, saying he fired in the air with an airgun.

The ruckus was triggered by the discovery of three animal carcasses near Dr Soni's home in Mahananda Nagar on Friday morning. A crowd gathered quickly and marched to the orthopaedist's house.Most of the protesters own pigs and let them roam freely in the area. P5 tnn
