KUALA LUMPUR: Seputeh MP Teresa Kok Suh Sim (pix) and a consumer association president are applying for leave from a High Court to initiate a judicial review proceeding to challenge the hike in public parking charges and privatisation of parking collections.
They are seeking from the court to strike out the order by Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor and Kuala Lumpur Mayor Datuk Mohd Amin Nordin Abdul Aziz to increase public parking charges.
