For those who neither have the time, nor the patience to sit through the exaggeration served on Indian television today, digital content creation is a respite.

The internet bridges demographic boundaries. It also happens to initiate conversations--some constructive, some destructive and some rather juvenile. But what it doesn't do is, inhibit emotions. And the folks at The Viral Fever (TVF) seem to know that perfectly well, which is probably why their content has just the right amount of realism, drama and heart.

With Permanent Roommates they made "cooool" a part of our daily conversations, with Pitchers they made us believe in the power of ideas and beer and now, with their latest offering, Tripling, TVF has made us aware of the love we have for Sumeet Vy..um, we mean, our siblings.

A pioneer at telling stories as they are, TVF's Tripling traces the story of three siblings Chandan, Chanchal and Chitvan on a road trip. With its fair share of bumps, their journey is worth being a part of.

And as the series heads towards breaking its own viewership record (Permanent Roommates crossed 15 million views, whereas Tripling is already at 12 million views), we give you five reasons why you should invest your time, love and WiFi (or Reliance Jio) data in TVF Tripling!

1. The script. The dialogues.
Penned down by Sumeet Vyas and Akarsh Khurana, Tripling's script is a real winner. The storyline sees a seamless blend of emotions, humour and realism. Be it the respective struggles of the titular characters, or the supporting cast, each person reflects at least one person from your own life.

With lines as relatable as, "Compatibility badi m*d**ch**d cheez hoti hai" Tripling's content will house itself in your mind, just like "Tu beer hai" did.

2. The characters
It's not everyday that a bunch of actors do complete justice to the script. But when it comes to TVF, they seem to strike the perfect chord every single time. One episode into the series and you'd start seeing your younger sibling in Amol Parashar, a doting elder brother in Chandan and the voice of reason in Maanvi Gagroo.

But it isn't just this Tripling which brings the script to life. Kunaal Rao Kapoor, Nidhi Bisht, Kumud Mishra, Shernaz Patel too add normalcy to the chaos every now and then.

3. The soundtrack

What is a road trip without the right kind of music. And when you have a DJ on board, things are pretty much taken care of, aren't they? Well, almost.
Chitvan is a DJ--and a bloody good one. But life isn't fair is it? He almost never gets the correct audience to showcase his talent and ends up playing an extremely catchy (and inappropriate) tune at a function held to celebrate his sister's pregnancy. And that is just one instance where the show's music steals the show. As the road trip takes shape, the earthen-yet-modern tunes merge into the story and paint a delightful picture.

4. The idea of taking a road trip with your siblings
In an age where the chances of you coming across a '5 road trips to take with your siblings at least once' article remain bleak, TVF Tripling succeeds in planting the idea in your head!

5. Sumeet Vyas' sheer gorgeousness

Call us biased, call us whatever but even at his murkiest best Sumeet Vyas, manages to light up the screen and how! The multi-faceted star, who's co-written Tripling, is also behind Y Films' immensely popular web series, Bang Baaja Baarat. Vyas immortalised the character of Mikesh in Permanent Roommates and this time, it's the character of Chandan he's evoked new life into. Having recently appeared in the movie, Parched, the talented star will also be seen in a movie opposite Kalki Koechlin. To all that and more we just have to say, dear (Chitvan's) Baba, you really ARE beautiful.

Here's hoping that after the upcoming season of TVF Pitchers, Tripling also decides to embark upon a second road trip.
