SPH Reit reports higher DPU for Q4, FY2016
SPH Reit, which counts Paragon and The Clementi Mall as its properties, reported on Thursday a slight increase in its distribution per unit (DPU), on the back of stronger revenues.
The real estate investment trust's DPU for the fourth quarter of this year, ended Aug 31, 2016, was 1.41 Singapore cents, an increase of 1.4 per cent from the year before. Its aggregate DPU for the full year was 5.50 cents, up 0.5 per cent year on year.
Its gross revenue was up 2.7 per cent for the fourth quarter and up 2.2 per cent for the full year.
