Kartik Aryan begins shoot for Atithi In London, shares pic

Kartik Aryan to share screen space with Paresh Rawal in Atithi In London.

Chocolate boy Kartik Aryan is extremely happy as he began the shoot for his next big film, Atithi In London. Apparently, the film is a sequel to Ajay Devgn and Konkona Sen Sharma’s 2010 film Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge. Kartik took to his official Instagram account to announce the news of the shoot. He posted a picture with a caption that read, “My Next Movie #AtithiInLondon begins 🎬 Hope dis one brings a smile to ur face :) Wish me luck on being d perfect “host” 😉 #PareshRawal #@ashwnidhir @abhishekpathakk”

The film is a modern love story revolving around Kartik Aaryan’s character, who is in a live-in relationship when Paresh Rawal’s character and his wife (Supriya Pathakji) barge into his home, setting off a laugh-riot. Yes! Other than Karthik, the film’s cast comprise of Paresh Rawal, Supriya Pathak, Tanvi Azmi, Ajay Devgn and Konkona Sen Sharma.

Kartik, who rose to fame with Pyar Ka Punchnama, garnered a lot of positive reviews for his comic timing. The actor will be sharing the screen space with Ajay Devgn for the first time. With actors like Ajay, Konkana, Paresh and Supriya Pathak, seems like the audience is in for a treat.

Along with the Punchnama actor, Lisa Haydon was signed to play Kartik’s leading lady but the actress has now opted out due to her marriage plans. Thus the film’s makers have now roped in Raaz Reboot fame Kriti Kharbanda as a new addition to the cast.

Written and directed by Ashwini Dhir, the film will release in the second half of 2017.
