Flipkart Big Billion Days sale Day 1 is all set to start on October 2 on Gandhi Jayanti in scintillating fashion a day after arch ecommerce rival Amazon kick-started the festive season discount offers bonanza with its Great Indian Festival sale. Great deals have been promised by the ecommerce major that will be made available to consumers from the word go from fashion and apparel, electronics, home furnishing and more categories to appeal to all sections of buyers.

Flipkart, which is India’s largest online marketplace, says that it is is adding to the festive season fervor by ‘opening up crazy deals’ in the fashion and home category on Day 1 of The Big Billion Days Sale. Among the deals will be offers on a wide range of footwear and accessories (sunglasses, watches, etc.). Flipkart says ‘there is a deal for everybody’.
