My favorite tradition is back: Golfers awkwardly trying to figure out how to high five at the Ryder Cup.

This comes to us from Jimmy Walker and Zach Johnson, and I want to boil this down to its essence and rub it all over my body. This is what I’m HERE FOR.

UPDATE: Luke Kerr-Dineen, who is at the course, sent the following to me.

On the next hole, the fourth, Walker made a clutch par putt and walked over to Zach Johnson.

“Handshake?” he said.

“Yup,” ZJ said.

Then they shook hands.

Transitioning to the handshake is the way to go. Very smart guys. Very, very smart.
