GANDHI NAGAR: Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani kick start the ninth edition of Garib Kalyan Mela and claimed that poverty reduction has become the unique identification of Gujarat. Rupani provided Rs. 48.84 crore of assistance to more than 24 thousand poor-vanbandhu beneficiaries at Narmada district. He said that this government will become government of poor, deprived, exploited, Dalits and needy persons and desires to be a transparent, corruption free government with the elimination of middle men system.
He added that we have given transparent, sensitive and clean ruling that nobody should offer a bribe, should not take help of middlemen. He said that poor, dalits and vanbadhus have trust in this Government and with this Garib Kalyan Mela (seva yagna) we have kept their trust intact.
