Sept 30 (Reuters) - Gas Malaysia Bhd

* Established an Islamic commercial papers programme and an Islamic medium term notes programme

* Proposes to issue ICPS of up to 700 million rgt in nominal value , IMTNS of up to 700 million rgt in nominal value

* Proposed issues subject to combined aggregate limit of up to 700 million in nominal value under the Shariah principle of murabahah
