When asked about his character in the film, Rajkumar said, "I really don't know how to describe the character and tell you what he is like. Simply put, I am the hero of the film. See, it's always the same thing in all movies - the hero is a young guy, there's a romance angle, there are fights... All I can say that it is the kind of character that Suri generally imagines his heroes as. He's got a lot of dimensions, and it was fun to essay this character."

Directed by Duniya Soori, the film co-stars Ambarish, Sumalatha, Bharathi Vishnuvardhan, Krishna and Srinivasa Murthy. The film also has megastar Shiva Rajkumar providing a voice-over.

Produced by M Govind, the film has music by V Harikrishna.
