Shoot for Upendra movie near KRS peaceful despite Cauvery unrest

Real Star Upendra is currently shooting for Matte Hutti Baa, Inti Prema, on the northern bank the KRS reservoir. The local authorities have granted the film's team permission to shoot for the movie in the area, which was at the epicentre of the recent Cauvery protests. Sources from the set say that the shoot schedule, which ended yesterday, went off without a problem, despite the agitations that were triggered off when the state government released water from the reservoir to Tamil Nadu earlier this month.
Matte Hutti Ba, Inti Prema sees Upendra and Prema sharing screen space after 17 years.The project is helmed by Arun Lokanath, who had directed H20.
