As the surgical strikes by Indian Army across LoC sent a wave of positive sentiment across the country, some rightly opted to celebrate the moment. The District Reserve Group Jawans in Chhattisgarh’s Jagdalpur grooved to the tunes of nationalistic songs to celebrate the India Army’s tactical success. In a video Tweeted by news ANI, the Jawans were seen dancing in joy. Similar kind of celebrations were seen in Bihar’s Patna where some youths took to streets and danced to celebrate the moment. Indian Army on Wednesday night carried out surgical strikes on terror launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC). Significant casualties were caused to the terrorists in the operations.

Army said that motive of this operation was to hit out at the terrorists who were planning to infiltrate into Indian territory. Indian Army has also shared the details of surgical strikes with Pakistan Army. The operation turned out to be a huge success as there were no causalities on Indian Army’s part during the strikes. A number of items including GPS which have Pakistani markings have been recovered in the strikes.
